Terms of Service — TryAnApp Application Group

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all web properties and services operated by the TryAnApp Application Group ("we", "us", or "our"), a US-based SaaS portfolio currently comprising:

• TryUnfurl — www.tryunfurl.com
• DrawDecisionTree — www.drawdecisiontree.com

The authoritative list of all sites covered by these Terms is maintained at www.tryanapp.com. Any site listed there is subject to these Terms unless it publishes its own superseding terms. Property-specific terms are available at each site's /terms page.

By accessing or using any TryAnApp Application Group site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. The Services

The TryAnApp Application Group provides free and paid web-based tools. Core functionality is accessible without registration. Optional paid subscriptions unlock additional capabilities as described on each property. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

Where you choose to create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
• You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your account data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit, upload, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the services or any connected systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from any group property
• Use the services to transmit malware, spam, or other malicious content
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the availability or performance of any service
• Use automated tools to access the services at a rate that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure without prior written consent
• Resell or commercially exploit the services without prior written authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or whose use we reasonably determine to be abusive or harmful.

5. User Content

Where our services permit you to create, upload, save, or share content — such as decision trees, saved URLs, or account settings — you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content to our services you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party right.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing on reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid service following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and functionality associated with TryAnApp Application Group properties are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of our services without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and platform names referenced within our services remain the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability. Your use of the services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the TryAnApp Application Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or decisions made in reliance on service outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Advertising

Some group properties carry third-party display advertising to fund free-tier services. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Third-party advertisers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Statement, available at www.tryanapp.com/privacy and at each property's /privacy page. The Privacy Statement is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. The Last Reviewed date and version number above will be updated with each revision. Continued use of any group property following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
